As schools prepare to start the 2020-21 school year, the challenges of a global pandemic continue to impact our communities. Whether schools are planning to reopen in the fall, continue online learning, or explore multiple options to meet the needs of their community, educators and families are apprehensive about safety and concerned about creating an effective learning environment.
In addition to preparing for the unknowns of the upcoming year, communities are still navigating the difficulties of living through a pandemic for the past few months and the grief, loss, fear, and change that we have experienced. Schools are turning to social emotional learning to provide community-wide support as we enter a new school year.

We heard from educators who are preparing for the upcoming year, as well as considerations and tips from Move This World and Aperture Education. Download the webinar recording and slide deck below.
