Conan Shaffer has been in education for the past eleven years, and had worked in the Criminal Justice field prior to that. He is in his second year as HIgh School Principal at Blue Earth Area School District, and was the district’s Assistant Principal for two years prior to that. Conan spent the first seven years in education working as a level 3 EBD Special Education Teacher for the St. Cloud MN School District. Conan is married and has 4 children ranging in ages from 22 to 8 years old.
Social Emotional Learning is important to me as it is the foundation to student and staff success.
