Research has indicated that when we stop to savor small moments of joy, we develop resilience to the negative events that may be happening in our lives. Try to find something small (or two or three things if you can!) to celebrate. You might celebrate your health, the sun shining, a book you’re reading or a conversation you had with a friend. In this exercise, have students write their small wins within their trophy so they can be acknowledged and celebrated.
