Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Move This World seeks a full-time Sr. Digital Marketing Manager based in New York City to support education business development and oversee key marketing initiatives in the US K-12 education space.

About the Role:

As Move This World’s Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead Move This World’s paid media marketing strategy and execution. We are looking for a marketing professional who will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of media strategies and plans. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing in all planning aspects of a full funnel marketing strategy. Your efforts will increase brand awareness and directly impact our success in acquiring new partnerships with schools and districts across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of developing media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting, segmentation, budgeting, optimizations, etc.)
  • Manage set-up, execution & measurement of programmatic buys
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Strives to find new and innovative digital opportunities
  • Manage agency relationships while ensuring positive, collaborative relationships for the business
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and data exploration to uncover insights and deliver timely reporting
  • Interpret marketing data and metrics to provide optimization opportunities through the marketing funnel
  • Experience in marketing analytics, marketing measurement and business analytics (e.g. report generation, marketing campaign analysis, web analytics, AB testing, social media measurement, content testing, etc.)
  • Possess demonstrable experience working in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Devise and execute tactics targeting lead generation and marketing automation

Social Emotional Skill Development for Late Elementary

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have 3-5 years’ hands-on experience or knowledge of digital media strategy, campaign management, buying and optimization, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives and effectively project manage overall marketing strategy
  • Ability to communicate Move This World’s vision and mission to various audiences.
  • Be a highly creative individual who possesses self-confidence, flexibility, and energy, and who thrives working in a dynamic environment
  • Be a strong team leader and can inspire colleagues toward accomplishing common objectives.
  • Be a quick learner who can pick up skills and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze, report and present data in a clear and insightful manner
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other data tracking and reporting tools like Salesforce and Pardot
  • Experience with developing and making presentations to internal teams
  • Recommended: Use of Slack, Salesforce and Pardot marketing tools
