About The Role

As Move This World’s Marketing Manager, you will lead Move This World’s organic social media channels, email nurture series, and event marketing strategy. You will work closely with our VP of Marketing to plan campaigns, implement your vision, and analyze results. You will ensure our message is consistent with our brand voice and that we are reaching the correct audience. You will strengthen and maintain our online presence. You will optimize and update our website campaign landing pages and grow our social media presence. Your efforts will increase brand awareness and directly impact our success in building new partnerships with schools and districts across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

65% Campaign Management

  • Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing tactics (Social Media, Email Nurture, and Acquisition) that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling and targeted content and marketing materials, including web content, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters. 
  • Maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing touchpoints.

25% New Business Development Support 

  • Industry conferences / sales team support. Including pre-event promotion including email blasts as well as social media channel posts.  
  • Coordinating with internal and external media partners on quarterly events and   webinars.

10% Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics such as engagement rates, click-thru rates, and conversion rates.
  • Develop A/B testing plans, gain approval, and deploy across email and SM (paid and organic) channels.
  • Use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
Social Emotional Skill Development for Late Elementary

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
