Drink a Glass of Water, One of the 10 Emogers™: It can be helpful to pause, take a break, and drink a glass of moment to give ourselves a minute to calm down.

The First Time I Swam at Night Song: Megan the Mermaid reflects on a lesson her parents taught her and remembers her confidence in this exciting song.
