Digital Marketing Associate Position at Move This World

At Move This World, we’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support strategic business development and key marketing initiatives in the US K-12 education space.

About the Role:

As Move This World’s Digital Marketing Associate, you will support and manage Move This World’s digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with our Director of Marketing to plan campaigns, implement your vision and analyze results. You will ensure our message is heard and that we are reaching the correct audience. You will strengthen and maintain our online presence. You will optimize and update our website and grow social media presence. You will plan and launch targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to spread Move This World’s mission. Your efforts will increase brand awareness and directly impact our success in building new partnerships with schools and districts across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, implement, and monitor marketing plan, campaign plan.  
  • Support Director of Marketing in the management of the budget for all marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Manage brand purpose and positioning for new products/solutions. 
  • Collaborate with partners across the business to identify strategic opportunities and maximize digital and social campaigns to deliver against core business objectives.
  • Lead generation and revenue creation for sales team and program team.
  • Channel support in the form of selling and marketing tools and training. 
  • Drive MTW brand in all responsible market segments. 
  • Competitive analysis abilities. 
  • Customer segmentation and targeting. 
  • Support for customer relationship management. 
  • Identify customer needs and market trends and recommend growth strategies. 
  • General market research as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

You develop relationships at all levels, informed by consistent messaging that leads to the attainment of revenue goals. You’re excited to accelerate growth and build the leading social emotional wellness brand for students and teachers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually and/ or in person. 
  • Develop keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance through the sales process.
  • Own and manage metrics and goals that help drive Move This World’s growth.
  • Cultivate pipeline. Develop your own pipeline of districts and schools.
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools.
  • Close business. Drive revenue by studying and navigating the customer buying process, engaging internal and external key stakeholders, and ultimately securing a signed agreement.
  • Support the team in being the best first impression of Move This World throughout the in-person and demo process.
  • Be a champion of social and emotional wellbeing and creative expression and become an expert at articulating why this work is important.
  • Provide thought leadership to partners by connecting educators with effective social emotional learning practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or K-12.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. 
  • Understanding of the K-12 edtech market.
  • Experience in social media marketing, paid digital advertising, email marketing, automation and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with targeted SEO, SEM, as well as email and social campaigns.
  • Experience setting up, optimizing and managing PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns (specifically, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads).
  • Experience with marketing automation systems.
  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience with Pardot marketing tool.
  • Experience with Monday or similar project management platform.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate Move This World’s vision and mission to various audiences. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability is essential as we continue to strengthen processes to grow our customer base.
